"If an investor found an solid and safe investment opportunity that would return hundreds of percent per annum return, he would no doubt put most of his investment portfolio to work in that investment immediately without hesitation. I think most people would agree with that assumption. Who would not construct a building that will physically pay for itself over time and then keep on generating money from energy, insurance and maintenance savings.
